This is us.
This is us.
Hi. This is us. The McGoldricks.
Our journey together began when Monique and I met as seniors in high school. Even though we attended rival schools, LC and Ferris, we quickly became inseparable. After graduating in 1997, we had a whirlwind freshman year at WSU, and in the spring of 1998, we married and began our life together. During our senior year in college, we had a life-changing experience with God at a marriage conference in Coeur d’Alene. This encounter gave us a renewed purpose, guiding us to live out the life that God brought us together for.
After graduating from WSU, we moved to Vancouver, WA, where we served in youth and college ministries at City Harvest Church. City Harvest holds a special place in our hearts—we learned and grew so much there and built lifelong friendships. It’s also where our family began with the arrival of Adriel, followed closely by Mizée.
In 2009, we joined our friends and mentors, Pastors Van and Lori Bradeen, to help start a new church in Spokane. Our family grew again, with Naiara and Junia completing the crew. At Living Stone Church, we poured ourselves into every area of ministry and, more importantly, learned what it means to truly love and care for people. We are deeply grateful for the impact Living Stone had on us.
Now, we’re setting out on a new journey. With the support of our Living Stone family and God’s guidance, we’re starting a new church in the South Hill area of Spokane. Starting from scratch is no small task, and while much is unknown, we’re excited to be part of God’s redemptive work here. We look forward to connecting with local schools and showing our neighborhood God’s love in both word and action.
